Grand Tetons

We arrived in Teton early in the morning at around 5:40. The RUDDS team had traveled all night with the sole assistance of a dim van light. Our only view of the tetons had merely been a shadow, but as the sun rolled over the terrain, we were immediately met with an exhilarating feeling. The beauty of the mountain landscape was nothing short of breathtaking. Every detail is intoxicating. The natural symmetry of each carve, the snowy peaks glistening off the sun, the way the water protects the mountains as a natural barrier. . The mountains look alive.
